Marin County Wellspring Divorce Advisors Team
For individuals and couples navigating divorce who are concerned about the future, Wellspring Divorce Advisors is the divorce financial planning firm focused on establishing long-term financial well-being by providing experienced, objective advice.
Wellspring Divorce Advisors’ mission is to help couples address the financial aspects of divorce in a civilized, equitable, and efficient manner by providing expert divorce financial planning and advice.
In the traditional American divorce both parties obtain an attorney, bitter litigation ensues, and whoever is awarded 51% of the assets wins.
It is a depressing process that has significant, and sometimes permanent, financial and emotional consequences for all parties involved. It is a terrible way to end a marriage and does not provide for wise divorce financial planning.
